Getting started as a manager
Create an account, then set up your team: name, sport, and colour. Add your players, then share the team's invite link with your families from Settings, Invite a family. You'll need at least one game or training in the schedule before the invite link is available.
Getting started as a parent
Your team's manager will send you an invite link. Create an account, open the link, confirm it's the right team, then choose your child or children from the roster and add your name. You'll land straight on the schedule.
The invite link won't open
Some messaging apps don't make invite links tappable. If nothing happens when you tap it, open LineUp, choose "I have an invite", and paste the team code from the link instead.
Setting availability
Open a game or training and mark your child In or Out. You can change your answer or clear it at any time, and the manager sees the update. If you have more than one child in the team, each has their own response.
Who sets the lineup
The manager does. Parents can see the schedule, roster, and lineups, and set availability for their own children, but the lineup grid is read-only for parents.
Leaving or deleting a team
Only the manager can delete a team, in Team settings, Delete team. Deleting a team permanently removes everything in it for everyone: players, schedule, availability, results, and playing-time records. It can't be undone.
Deleting your account
In the app: Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account, sign-in identity, and your personal links to players. If you are the only manager of a team, delete the team first so it isn't left unmanaged.
